GLOCK 17 G5 is better than Canik TP9SFX As well known, it is one of the best 9mm handguns. I have both of Canik TP9SFX and Glock 17. Canik is good but Glock is even better.

I tried these in my Glock 19 and it ate them like candy!! I will buy these from now on. No FTF and no FTE, no problems at all. If you follow Glocks lube instructions the weapon was a breeze to clean. I do not reload and do not intend to so now I don't feel guilty about leaving brass in the field. Perfect for my useage.

Its a Glock, if you know, you know, if you don't.. I have a gen 3 19, a gen 4 and 5 17, the gen 5 17 is my favorite. I own Sigs, CZ's, Barettas, H&K's, Springfield's and others. If I had to pick one pistol to defend my family it would be my Glock 17. It Just works... It loves to eat any and all types of ammunition. The only problem I have ever had was due to OVER lubrication. Glocks have 6 lube points, one drop of good lube at each point is all you need.

Glock perfection. What can i say. Glock just doesn't make bad firearms. Tyler at the gun counter was great helping with the background check and making sure everything went smoothly.

Glocked Up Third time I fired it I had a ammo jam. Has done it twice since. I've been looking at guns for months and finally decided on this one. So disappointing Glock is supposed to be so reliable and well machined. I'm just disgusted.

Since I am not a pistol guy, I have no idea about the different generations. Didn't early Glocks go bang when you pulled the trigger? I thought the purpose was bang ,bang, Maybe there's something else they call it improvement, I didn't not notice and don't care.

I'm not a big fan of Glock although I own half dozen of them. I think it's one of the most ugly handgun ever designed (Gaston probably doesn't have any Italian blood in him), and it was so cheaply made (what he wanted). The reason I own a few is solely because that damn thing works. Gen 5 was made with some added and omitted features. This is what I noticed from observing my friend's Gen 5 G17 vs Gen 4: A new finish for barrel and slide (hard to tell), new rifling (maybe good), omission of the finger grooves on the grip (great), ambidextrous slide stop (good), flared magazine well (if you think its necessary). The locking block pin was also omitted (for whatever the reason was). It doesn't shoot any better than the 2nd and 3rd Gen. I have, there're no design flaw induced stoppage in either Gen. during my tests under borderline civilized environment. Maybe the difference will show in torture test which I have no intention to do with my own guns. Maybe there's something else they call it improvement, I didn't not notice and don't care.

Now I got the Glock 17, I'm testing both my Glock 17 and my Glock 19 at the range not a big difference I noticed. And not a big difference with the gens either, but gen 5 is something else I can say
