Exactly what I wanted it to be. Replaced a 17 Gen 3 with this upgrade and I couldn’t be happier! The MOS is perfect for my Swampfox Liberty and the modularity with the 45 is something I plan to use in the future. If I could just get a chance to get to the range! Westcost Security?

Glock 47 Gen 5 fits in Glock 17 holsters and uses Glock 17 Gen 5 magazines. Great handun, but has the typical Glock mushy trigger.

The improvements on the 17 platform are noticeable. Fitment in the hand with the included backstraps makes the gun feel like it belongs there.
I’ve thrown a TLR-1 and a Swampfox Liberty green dot on this pistol and there isn’t a gun I own that I like to shoot more than this Glock. Swapping out the slide with a 19 makes it a perfect carry weapon as well if you’re a fan of the 19X.
If you like the 17 and the 19 but don’t want to buy both guns, this may be the way to go for you.

Great addition. If you have a 19.5 already, it’s great to be able to create two other fire arms out of the 2. (19 gen 5 &47) I believe the 49 and the 45 can make the same combinations.

Most unreliable gun Glock has ever made. 50-70% jam, failure to eject rate right out of the box. Same ammo, shooter for 40 years. This thing looks like a brick and works like one. This was my first and last Glock ever. Reached out to them, they were helpful sent the wrong parts that if installed maybe would have killed me. Then they would take back, but without a pickup I couldn’t even leave the gun at a dealer. Mind you this gun was exactly 3 days old. 20 years ago Glock was something, now they are just a defunct angry company offering no innovation and their once famous quality is gone. The owner died 3 years ago and it shows.

This weapon feels solid and the recoil is minor compared to other 9mm. I have fired. It feels very durable and very well balanced. And it has all the upgrades I would have wanted to put on the pistol already. I’m a proud new member of the Legion.
So far I’ve only purchased a 4th magazine for it and all the 9mm I could whale.

Love the pistol but was mislead a little. The description from Bass Pro says it comes with four mounting plates but it only comes with one, which is the #02 plate that is the RMR cut.Great handgun otherwise.

Bought this on the 28th of March. This only comes with a 02 Plate that supports only Trijicon®, Ameriglo®, and Holosun® (except 509). For other Red Dots you will have to buy a different plate. This was not an issue as I had the other plates from my Glock 34. Mounted a Vortex Venom Red Dot on the Slide zeroed at the range with less that 17 rounds. Will probably add Glock Advantage Trigger when they are available as they are out of stock now.
